Half American / half Italian Ski Pro Domenico Martinelli grew up in Livigno, a beautiful Alpine village at 1800m altitude in the region of Alta Valtellina, Italy. His first time on skis was when he was 2 years old, in the back yard of the house where he would spend most of his winter afternoons!

He became a member of the Italian Freestyle Team and was Italian Junior Freestyle Champion in 1996 and 1997 and 19th on the World Junior Championships in 1997.

His passion for skiing led him to become a Ski Instructor in the Swiss and French Alps and thanks to his unique freestyle skills, he was responsible for training the Swiss junior freestyle team.

Domenico Martinelli is a fully qualified Ski Instructor in possession of the Swiss Brevet Federal Suisse ISIA and, the French Educateur Sportif des Sports de Neige, and the UK Snowsports Instructor Qualification.

Domenico is based in France, near the Swiss border and is available for ski lessons, specialised workshops or full courses in the French, Italian and Swiss Alps. He speaks and teaches in the following languages: Italian, English, French and conversational Dutch and German.
